Delivery Time
3.1 Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after receiving payment.
3.2 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Delivery Issues
4.1 If a package is not delivered within 30 days, an automatic refund will be issued. 4.2 We are not responsible for any delays caused by Courier Guy or other third-party couriers.
